Role: Under general supervision, perform a variety of professional and analytical activities in support of the HR administration function and reporting to the Human Recourse Manager.

Key Responsibilities

plan and administer recruitment and selection activities

conduct new employees orientation

interpret and explain policies, procedures, and regulations to staff

performs and payroll administration

preparation and maintain confidential personnel files and records

reviews and ensure performance evaluations are in compliance with policies, enters performance and ratings in database

overseas the administration of staff training

maintain the HRIS systems

Prepare statistician summaries and special reports on employees information

perform a variety of special research and analysis project

Qualification and Skills

Holder of bachelor degree preferably in Human Resource, business or related field

Higher diploma in Human Resource management will be an advantage

Two years relevant experience

Knowledege of the Kenyan Labour laws

Extensive knowledge and awareness of developments in the human resource fields

ms office suite with demonstated skills in word, access, power point and excel

reseach methods, data anylisis tecchniques and statistical skills

ability to handle matters with integrirt and confidentiality

good inrterspersonal and comminuication skills
